Hello! Thanks for finding my blog.
I had my lapband five months ago on January 28, 2009. I will be writing from the start of processing to now. I will post pictures, recipes, my experiences, etc. on this blog.
I'm too tired right now, so I will make this short.
Started the process with Group Health in May 2008.
My weight was 246. I am now at 183. My surgery weight was 231 lbs.
